JOHN MUKORO (Dr)
Dr. John Mukoro is a seasoned coach, facilitator, and a sales strategist whose core interest is in nurturing sales champions and helping organizations increase in their sales revenue. He has over a decade of banking experience, having attained the position of a branch manager in one of the top commercial banks in Nigeria.
He is the Managing director of Esecares Global Limited, also the Executive Director of Sales and Marketing for Ilomac Engineering and Engineering Consultants Limited.
John Mukoro has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the American Management University.
John has undergone the Policy Strategy and Leadership Course (PSLC) at NIPSS. He is currently a participant at the ongoing Senior Executive course 45, 2023 at the National Institute for Policy and strategic Studies Kuru Jos for his mni certification.
John is a Graduate of the School of Politics, Policy, and Governance where he obtained a Certificate in Public Leadership and Policy (CPLP).
Dr. John is a certified Practitioner of the Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach. An alumni president of Emotions City, Centre for Emotional Intelligence Development in Africa.
He is a member of the Enterprise Development Centre(EDC) of Pan Atlantic University, Lagos, where he received a certification in Entrepreneurial Management. He is also a fellow of the International Society of Diplomats (FISD), and a certified Business Development Service Provider with SMEDAN.
He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School (Pan Atlantic University), Lagos where he obtained a certification in Agribusiness Management. An alumnus of School of Estate & Business having attended the Stream 52 of the Real Estate Business Course in 2022.
John is married to his childhood friend, Linda Aituaje Mukoro and blessed with three lovely children: Eseoghene, Ejiroghene and Efetobore.

Olawunmi Akindipo, popularly known as the Belief Swap Coach is a certified Emotional Intelligence Specialist and a Rapid Transformational Therapist with Marisa Peer (a foremost British therapist and best-selling author). RTT draws on the principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuroscience, and Neuroplasticity to deliver fast, effective and long-lasting results.
Olawunmi is a speaker, trainer and consultant, who has spoken across different fields of organizations, radio stations and television stations. He is a coach to many, including top CEOs of multi-national and multi-cultural organizations.
Olawunmi's quest to know and understand the motivation behind people's actions led him to create a unique product called "Belief Swap" - which is all about helping people swap their limiting beliefs with empowering ones. He believes that low selfesteem, depression and suicide which are on the increase in our world today, are strongly correlated to strong limiting beliefs.
Therefore, his passion in helping emotionally unsettled adults with limiting beliefs birthed the desire to develop audio products for many; which includes individuals, parents, professionals, business executives, organizational bodies and institutions, taking them on a journey to enjoying their best desired life outcomes. His products include but not limited to: Action Begins with Beliefs, Taking off Your Limiting Beliefs, Masked Parenting and so on.
Olawunmi works with thinkers, influencers and the most vulnerable in the society. His wealth of experience over 15 years in the Nigerian banking industry cut across Operations, Marketing, Compliance and Control.
He is a faculty member and facilitator at Emotions City, where he got certified in Emotional Intelligence and Hypnotherapy. Olawunmi Akindipo is the principal and founder of Belief Swap Consulting.
